Function introduction
Applied to automatic production and inspection of smart speaker motherboard in SMT workshop.
Realize automatic heat sink attaching, automatic shielding cover installation, automatic loading and unloading of BRF test, front and back AOI inspection, scanning and boxing, AGV loading and unloading.
Adopt modular design and segmented belt transmission. BRF test uses 6-axis robot for automatic loading and unloading, which is convenient for flexible switching of line body.
