Adhesive type

Conductive type
Adhesive tape is a roll of adhesive tape made of paper, cloth, plastic film, elastic pressure-sensitive adhesive or resin pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is made of paper, cloth, plastic film as the base material, and then pressure-sensitive adhesive or silicone water is evenly coated on the above base material to make a roll of adhesive tape. It consists of three parts: base material, adhesive, and isolation paper (film).

Thermal conductive type
Conductive products include conductive copper/aluminum foil, conductive adhesive, conductive cloth, conductive foam, etc.
Conductive copper/aluminum foil tape can be single-sided conductive or double-sided conductive according to specific usage requirements; single-sided copper/aluminum foil tape has non-conductive acrylic adhesive on one side, and the adhesive side does not have conductive properties. Double-sided conductivity is coated with conductive adhesive on both sides, and the adhesive side contains fine particles (metal particles, which play a conductive role).
Conductive adhesive is mainly composed of resin matrix, conductive particles and dispersing additives, additives, etc. The matrix mainly includes epoxy resin, acrylate resin, polyvinyl chloride, etc.
The conductive cloth material is first electroplated with metal nickel on polyester fiber, and then a highly conductive copper layer is plated on nickel, and then an anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion nickel metal is electroplated on the copper layer. The combination of copper and nickel provides excellent conductivity and good electromagnetic shielding effect.
Conductive foam refers to wrapping conductive cloth on flame-retardant sponge. Thermal conductive type

Optical type
OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) is a special adhesive used to bond transparent optical components (such as lenses, etc.). It is required to be colorless and transparent, with a light transmittance of more than 95%, good bonding strength, can be cured at room temperature or medium temperature, and has the characteristics of small curing shrinkage.
OCA optical adhesive is one of the important raw materials for touch screens. It is a double-sided adhesive tape without a base material, which is made by making optical acrylic adhesive without a base material, and then a layer of release film is attached to the upper and lower base layers. Insulating type
